Criteria Of Applicant for UUM vechile sticker

Assalamualaikum, Salam Sejahtera, and Salam Idealis Siswa,


If any student fall under Any One of the criterias (a-s) as mention below, she or he are eligible to get vechile stickers. 

Student may start to Apply and and the due date will be on 15 MAY 2012. Please take note as any submission after the date WILL not be Approved.

Aplications is based on first come first serve and subjected to each DPP parking slots ( as each DPP have different space)


This is because the process will be short and the result will be annouched at 30 MAY in each DPP.


a. Any student who holds a post on the Student Representative Council(SRC).(must be accompanied by a copy of the letter of appointment by TNC HEPA)

b. Any student who is appointed as a member of Student Development Leadership Committee (JKPS).(must be accompanied by a copy of letter of appointment by TNC HEPA)

c. Any student who is appointed as Resident Assistant (Block RA) and SRH Dormitory Head. (must be accompanied by a copy of the letter of appointment by TNC HEPA)

d. Any student who is appointed as EXCO of Club or Society, EXCO of Secretariat - registered with UUM only. (must be accompanied by a copy of letter of appointment by TNC HEPA and Minutes of Club and Society AGM)

e. Any student  who is a member of SUKSIS and PALAPES. (must be accompanied by a copy of course-slip)

f. Any student who represent the university at the national level.(must be accompanied by a certification by the Director of Sports and confirmation letter by Team Manager

g. Any student who represent the university in the fields of Culture and Arts at the national level. (must be accompanied by a certification by the Director of the Cultural and Arts Centre)

h. Any student who represents the university at the national level involving academic-related programmes such as debates, Moot court etc. (must be accompanied by a letter Dean PPA)

i. Any local Bachelor's degree student who chooses to stay off campus. (must be accompanied by a copy of authorization form to stay off campus approved by the TNC HEPA and a copy of parents' approval letter)

j. Any international Bachelor's degree student who chooses to stay off campus (must be accompanied by a copy of utility bill or rent receipt)

k. Any student suffering from critical illness. (must be accompanied by a letter of confirmation from Director if PKU)

l. Any student who is categorized as a disabled person. (must be accompanied by a copy of OKU registration card issued by The Welfare Department of Malaysia and approval letter from the Head of Student Services HEPA)

m. Any student who is participating in the Siswaniaga Programme with UUM and given License A. (must be accompanied by a copy of License A, a copy of operating license and certification letter by the Head of BPNS HEPA)

n. Any student who is appointed to hold office as a Director of the University Project (must be accompanied by a copy of the approval of the project by the TNC HEPA and confirmation letter issued by the Director HEPA, Dean, and Head of Department BPNS HEPA)

o. Any 4th semester and above student with a CGPA of 3.67 and above and has obtained 30 SIRA points consistently every semester (for students prior to A121 admission) / gained SIRA points minimum grade B (for A121 admission and above.)(must be accompanied by a letter from the Director of the Counseling Center confirming SIRA scores and active in the Platinum Club Programme)

p. Final year student : (3 year programme) Semester 5 or 6 and accumulated 30 SIRA marks.

q. Final year student : (4 year programme) Semester 7 or 8 and accumulated 30 SIRA marks.

r. Final year student for admission before A121, must obtain 30 SIRA points consistently for four (4) semesters / for admission after A121, must obtain at least SIRA B grade consistently for (6) semester

s. Non-Bachelor's degree students (international /locals ) with cars or motorcycles not exceeding 110cc (subject to parking quotas at academic buildings)

 ** The approval for on-campus student's application is by The Principle of Student Accommodation Centre while for off-campus students, the Director of Student Affairs Department.

** Attach your current/ related documents as below.
1.Driving license / International Permit
2. Vehicle Registration Card.
3. Insurance Cover Note (Comprehensive ) with Passenger Insurance.
4. Letter of Oath (Owner verification letter ) [First Time Applicant only]
5. SIRA  if applicable )
6. Appointment Letter required for office bearers (if applicable )
